In addition to her consulting practice, she serves on the faculty at the Queens University of Charlotte McColl School of Business. Karen has designed and implemented the McColl School's unique and comprehensive Leadership Development curriculum, now a required program of study for all MBA students. Prior to founding her consulting practice, Karen directed Bank of America's management development and training efforts and initiated and implemented the company's first work/family program. She is currently a doctoral candidate for the Ph.D. in Leadership and Change at Antioch University, earned an M.S. from Indiana University and a B. A. from University of Rochester. Her associates have similar experience in leadership development, group facilitation, 360 feedback administration and executive coaching.
