Can I earn college credits with this training?
Yes! ITCAP is a simple, straightforward nationally recognized program that serves the needs of employers and employees, while satisfying rigorous academic standards. Through this nationwide program, college credit can be earned by students who complete appropriate coursework and exams, and these credits can apply to degrees or professional recertification requirements. Since its September 1997 launch, the ITCAP Program has processed more than 70,000 credits for 18,000+ students in 38 states. ITCAP opens new learning management and workforce development possibilities for students and employers via the strategic use of company educational assistance funds in paying for growth-essential training. In addition, ITCAP provides a variety of resources and data services critical to company knowledge management analyses and ROI reports. ITCAP also allows companies to maximize tax incentives and benefits related to employee educational assistance programs.

Which programs are offered online?
Currently, we offer 12 Leadership courses online. We are in the process of updating all of our Leadership courses and we are migrating all of that new material to the online environment. We also have two Customer Service courses, one Sales course, and five Productivity courses available online. All of our online courses can be used stand-alone or as part of a blended learning solution.

How much does the training cost?
That depends, as some courses cost less than others. Contact us for pricing once you know what you need.

How long are the programs?
The course length can vary from 4 hours to 2 days, depending on the program. Many of our Leadership courses are 1/2 day modules, and even our longer courses can be delivered in a modular format. For detailed information about a specific course, please ask your sales representative.

Do I need certification to deliver this training?
No. We build the value into our materials rather than expect the trainer to "fill in the blanks." We design our training so that it's easy for trainers to self-study our courses and deliver great results without the need for costly and time-consuming certification. Our Administrative Kit contains all of the training process steps and information required to deliver our courses with confidence and quality. The only exception to our "no certification" approach is Customer Oriented Selling, because it contains some exercises, unique to that workshop, that can be a challenge for an inexperienced trainer.

What is included in the facilitator kits?
All materials needed to run the workshop. Our customers tell us that our easy-to-use facilitator materials deliver great value! The Administrative Kit contains complete, detailed instructions on how to run the workshop, including what the trainer needs to say and expected responses from participants. The kit also includes a copy of the participant materials, sample trainer narrative, transcripts of video segments, and a VHS tape or DVD with course video. Also included is a data CD with PowerPoint slides and all forms from the course with permission to duplicate.
