Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification Upgrade. This new program equips previously certified Everything DiSC Workplace and Management facilitators with the confidence they need to deliver impactful DiSC experiences using Catalyst. Building off the knowledge gained from their previous certification course, participants will reinforce their understanding of DiSC and learn how to use Catalyst to enhance their Everything DiSC learning experiences. Upon successful completion of the course exam, participants will earn the credential of Everything DiSC® Certified Practitioner.

About the Course

• Pre-requisites: All participants must have already completed an Everything DiSC® Workplace or Everything DiSC® Management Certification course.

• Course Objectives: During this course,you will:

1. Discover Everything DiSC on Catalyst and how it enhances the delivery of DiSC.

2. Explore how to build custom solutions and deliver impactful DiSC experiences with Catalyst using Workplace, Agile EQ™, and Management content.

3. Demonstrate and reinforce their understanding of the DiSC model, theory, research, and key principles.

4. Connect and engage with other Everything DiSC practitioners, sharing expertise and building community.

• Time Commitment: 1-week course with approximately 10-12 hours of learning. This includes two live, instructor-led sessions (2 hours each) and self-directed asynchronous work.
