After you have taken the free, virtual, self-paced course that teaches you how to use the PXT Select assessment across the entire employee lifecycle, you can choose to complete the Certification Exam. If you do this, you will purchase the exam and if you pass by 80%+, you will receive the recognized credential of PXT Select Expert Practitioner - Certified and you will earn 10 SHRM professional development credits.

During this course, you will

• Deepen your understanding of the PXT Select assessment and how the resulting suite of reports fit in with your hiring and development processes.

• Understand and explore performance models to leverage them for maximum impact.

• Explore the value of PXT Select reports, and their application in selection and employee coaching.

• Evaluate your organization’s needs to select the PXT Select reports and applications that will deliver the greatest impact.

  Program Components

  The structure of the PXT Select Expert Practitioner Course is online, self-guided learning with recorded sessions and practical application. Expect a total commitment of 10 hours that can be completed at your own pace. Most participants complete within four weeks.  

  Module 1: Foundations

  Learn foundational knowledge about PXT Select and the research behind it. 3 Hours

  Module 2: Reports

  Grow your understanding of the PXT Select Reports. 3 Hours

  Module 3: Application

  Review your role as a PXT Select Expert Practitioner and consider best practices for the use of PXT Select in your organization. 3 Hours

Upon successful completion of the program, you receive the credential of PXT Select Certified Expert Practitioner
